The example shown is a Mead 4 Square / 5 Square Quad wireless notebook with 4 squares per inch on the front of each sheet and 5 squares per inch on the back (different square sizes are acceptable).

  • Size: 8-1/2" x 11".

  • Bound on side (top bound is acceptable)

  • 3-hole punched (not required)

  • 80 sheets per notebook (any page quantity is acceptable... this model just happens to offer 80 pages)
